Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, ValueDue to some HVAC issue, there was a sudden water leak in the ceiling of our home and it occurred ~ 9 pm over the weekend so we started to panic as we had no prior experience to deal with such unexpected event, also due to weekend I was not expecting an immediate response from a professional service company, I made a quick search on yelp and google and shortlisted 3/4 companies and started calling them one by one but after contacting multiple contractors that did NOT answer, thank God Neeman from Tx Platinum Construction answered the phone 😀 and was extremely accommodating and helpful. He not only gave us few pro tips to prevent any further damage but also promised to come early in the morning to inspect the situation.Next day after shopping around for quotes for water damage repair and after getting several quotes from other companies, we decided to work with Neeman as he explained the insurance & repair process so well which made us feel very comfortable and his quote was very reasonable too.Professionalism, honesty with integrity is what I liked the most. Neeman & his crew did an amazing job, the workmanship was outstanding. They were on time for the work. I am recommending everyone I know to Tx Platinum Construction, a superior construction company.
